RPA & AI

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) are both technologies that are transforming how businesses operate, but they serve different purposes and have distinct capabilities.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA):

RPA involves using software robots or "bots" to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks that are usually performed by humans. These tasks often include data entry, processing transactions, and handling queries.

RPA is best for tasks that follow a clear set of rules and have predictable outcomes. For example, it can be used to automate invoice processing, update records, or extract data from various sources.

Artificial Intelligence (AI):

AI encompasses a broad range of technologies designed to mimic human intelligence. This includes machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and more.

AI can analyze large amounts of data, recognize patterns, make predictions, and learn from experience. It's used in applications such as chatbots, recommendation engines, fraud detection, and autonomous vehicles.
